Tonight was definitely a night of magical empowerment. I’m super proud to have been able to lend a voice to this chorus of women who are “here to be seen and heard”. Currently there is a lot of injustice towards women, both within the criminal justice system and in the larger world. I’m hopeful that injustice can be moved towards justice, darkness can be moved towards light and pain can be moved towards healing.
